We have a unique company because we manufacture our own units as well as service them. This gives us the unique ability to really put out a good product that doesn’t have a lot of down time, which in turn, keeps our customers happy. Currently our mission is to “GoGreen!” with innovative solar and energy efficient, self-contained, and plastic units. Utilizing the latest in photovoltaic solar technology, this solar powered washroom generates more then enough energy to keep the unit’s low wattage electrical system running smoothly three seasons of the year. “After having service issues with another company I contacted HALCO. The office was very polite and professional. I explained the situation and I got the service cleaning appointment set up for my farm portable toilet which is not one of theirs. The driver arrived on the day and the approx time they said he would. Unfortunately, the portable was frozen so the driver could not complete the cleaning. He contacted me and explained the situation and offered solutions and said I would not be charged for the call. Even though the cleaning couldn’t be completed he did as much as he could to make it look and smell better until he could return when it is thawed out. 5-star service all around.
